Easy answer for Cardington - cut out the div 2 thus opening up more space for div 3's & 4's for whom the water is more suited. Taking out Div 2's will probably also attract more of these divisions as they will not be put off by the thought of paddling water especially those that don't know the cours...

At present we are already restricting numbers by turning paddlers away surely we must be looking at increasing capacity by altering the ranking system to enable it to cope with the demand!
