We posted this on social media over the weekend, but for those who may not have heard.... As most people may have noticed by now, we haven’t been attending many slaloms this year. Back in March, we made the decision to no longer import Vajda, G’power and Double Dutch paddles. It was a difficult deci...

Re: Best kayak?
We have a demo boat in large of the Salto 2, the latest model from Vajda.
Is there any reason why you mention British-built models? On the world scene you are unlikely to find anyone using a British built boat, Vajda and Galasport are the most popular by far.

Re: Stick On Numbers
We can also produce vinyl number stickers, including the red diagonal lines for the back of the boards. Alternatively, we can print a complete sticker with a yellow background and the number on for each side of each number board. We're able to print 76cm in width by any length Steve has also been pr...

Re: Opening dates for entries -Personal Discussion thread
It would be interesting to hear from organisers how many very early (>3months before race) entries are being received. I apologised to at least 2 organisers last year for sending early entries at the beginning of the year when the first few races started to get full v early. The prospect of entering...

Re: Opening dates for entries -Personal Discussion thread
I'm glad a discussion has been started as from the tone of all the organiser's posts about their races this year, entries seem to be becoming a seriously time consuming, frustrating issue. If something doesn't change then we risk losing organisers and then races which will only perpetuate the proble...

Re: Shepperton Div 1/2 - 5th/6th March 2016
Unfortunately we won't be at the Shepperton race in March but just wanted to congratulate all those involved in the online entry system- I've used the link to look up entries and tonight had a play at doing an entry - just to see how user friendly it was...it's great! Well worth the extra few pence ...

Re: 6.2.1 Do Not Introduce Portable Points
CeeBee's argument is a good one. I think at higher divisions the concept would work as the paddle up system has proved this season but at lower division races then unless the paddlers/parents feel confident that they can safely paddle up then people will be put off. There Is also the argument that p...
