I was told about this a couple of days ago. I was quite supprised at how well I did from 125 miles away. Perhaps I should get ill more often as it would appear to improve my results. :)

This sucks. I have already missed 2 races this season due to ill health and will now miss another:( .

I origanally started slalom as I was advised it would help with my general paddling. I now do this more than any other type of canoeing.
It seems to me the biggest problem is getting canoeists to give slalom a go in the first place.

Sorry I have been a bit busy. I am not so good at stories, apart from the ones that usually start 'what happened was' or 'it was'nt my fault' . I will chip in when I feel the story needs it though.

Very good to see the buletin points of the ACM in 29 sentences. This is much more usefull to most people than having to read through pages of it. :D
I was very pleased to hear Llandysul and especially Sheperton have been reinstated as doubles.

I think we are true genius for this. I still can not believe that (apart from a couple of messages from CP) no one else has joined in. Although I think everyone may have been a bit intimidated by our utter brilliance!

We will have to think hard to find a suitable replacement.
