Just a heads up but if you are planning to go to this race be aware that Bruce Springsteen is playing the stadium on the Sunday night and hotel rooms are not only hard to find in Cardiff but bloody expensive! The cheapest we found was over £400 for the Sunday night going up to £800.
We have ended up in Bristol, still expensive and getting booked up, but not quite as pricey as Cardiff. Newport was also extremely busy along with everything in between.
So, if intending to go and you want accommodation I suggest you start looking now and book.
