Does anyone have a copy of the rules for the championship?

As the wording on the information appears to be misleading or the result was worked out incorrectly?

"The Yorkshire Water Championship
This will be presented to the paddler who earns the most points over the weekend in the divisional events."

I along with others were under the impression that there were only 3 paddlers in contention for this as they were doing both K1 & C1 and this was confirmed by the organisers, but the end result did not reflect this?

The most points awarded were to paddlers that competed in both K1 & C1 over the weekend not single discipline.
