Div 1 Women Rankings

I am thinking of applying for my bib but see that there is no bib number 3 in div 1 w - Does anyone know whether this is an oversight as it could change most of the Div 1 women's bib numbers?

Helen Barnes was demoted to Div 1 but reinstated back to Prem. Thats probally why Bib 3 has been left unused, rather that adjusting the rest of Div 1 ladies bib numbers, as some may already have applied for bibs.
