Seems the flooding might affect this or result in any broadcast not actually being live so keep an eye on developments there. But either way, it is great to see more on TV of course. The revised timetable for the event can be found here:-

http://www.sloka.si/eng/sloka/program.html

Seems that with the 1hour time difference it will not be live.

Saturday finals

2.30pm local time C2 and K1W
4.30pm local time C2 & K1W Teams

Sunday finals

2.30pm local time C1W, C1M and K1M
4.30pm local time C1M and K1M

Siwidata provide a really brilliant live results service here:-

I have tried a couple of times in the past to email Siwidata and tell them how brilliant their service is but it just gets bounced back! Hope whoever is behind that service reads this!

For many competitive paddlers it will not make much difference if it’s not live as this coincides with Inter-Clubs this weekend and many of us will be there! Apart from not being able to watch it on TV live, this is a really unfortunate conflict as it deprives Inter-Clubs from featuring the best of the UK best :-(

The good news is that we have ideal water conditions here in Bedford for Inter-Clubs so all we need now is a little sunshine this weekend and it will be the brilliant event that it typically is.

Good luck all who are racing home and abroad!

Peter Parker - 12 gate courses are plenty long enough!

Your link points to a static page (or at least it does for me), try LiveVideo, though I think it relies on having Silverlight installed. Worth installing it just for this though.

It doesn't look as if they have updated the Friday schedule yet, but I am going to be loading up the car for Cardington by the time the event gets going this afternoon. The revised schedule is here

Was there no way this could have been screened at Interclubs?

It was great to see the tv coverage over the weekend. The BBC did a good job. The first part of the course looked a bit severe though!
