Looking at the provisional calendar, it says there are 10 prem races. A quick count adds up to 10. However reading the footnote Cardiff is a single over 2 days - which makes the number of races down to 9.

Am i missing something?

No, you're right. The total is wrong - though I think that's due to the removal of Washburn without changing the total, rather than double-counting Cardiff.
