Cancellations and Refunds - Online and Otherwise

The rules state NO REFUNDS unless you are promoted and give the organiser sufficient notice. (see UK C.11.6.2)

Therefore for online entries you can only cancel your own entry if
  • you have entered as an official OR
  • you are on the waiting list
In ALL other cases and for ALL postal entries you will need to contact the organiser. It is the organiser's decision as to what they choose to do, not mine.

Please DO NOT contact me asking for a refund, nor to complain that an organiser does not respond to your request. As much as I sympathise with your plight, it would be wrong of me to interfere with someone else's competition in this way and I will not do so. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but it is only March and I've had too many of these contacts already!
