Online Entry Cards

If you happened to be at Washburn Div 2 you will have noticed 'irregular' entry cards.
We took entries prior to the event via the online system with 'offline' entries being added as they were received to the online system via the admin interface. I have to say this made everything pretty much stress free as an organiser and made doing refunds for the cancelled Sunday a breeze.
Simply Slalom was populated using the quick and easy cut and paste option from the online entry system. Took a minute or two.
The next issue was entry cards, these were printed using a word mail merge using the same export file (or could be done by cut and pasting the data from simple slalom).
If anyone wants the mail merge document so they can print entry cards please message me.
You'll need some A4 card that will fit your printer, 3 cards per page, I used 180g but check what your printer will handle.
