paddle up waiting list

Tully has a waiting list for paddle ups, Cardiff has paddle ups in the entry list which is filling up
Is this correct? if so then Prem paddlers may need to enter before its full

Tully is standard. Hornbill is organisers choice to encourage more paddlers. They do not expect to fill up based on their experience of previous years. From their notes on the entry system
Please note we have allowed open entry to encourage paddle ups to enter. There is no waiting list
