Late Fees

Post by Dee » Fri May 18, 2018 11:26 am

Based on the rule book late fees kick in two weeks before the competition (no late fees for div 4).

At Prem/1 comps this does make a certain amount of sense and, I think, is fairly universally applied.

But what about lower divisions (2 and 3)?
Organisers do have discretion to waive late fees at these levels and some (most?) do so - at least for advance entries.

At Shepperton for division 3/4 and 2/3 races, we have historically waived late fees for all advance entries but charged them on the day in an attempt to ease that Saturday morning rush.

Just wondering what others think and what the norm is
