Under 23 / Under 21 Sallom Championships

At the ACM and at the Awards dinner I was asked loads of times what was happening about the Under 23 Championships
At the time my answer was 'It is going to Congress this weekend'
I have now had confirmation that the change was stopped at ICF Board level so was never put to Congress.
The Under 23 Slalom Championships will remain under 23, and will not be Under 21.
