promtion to prem k1m

Please tell me how manny races do we have to win to get to prem on the season in 2006 as it states 2 wins in 2006 and i think and have hered its 3 wins can any one tell me please

Rule 4 4.1 Page 64 in the 2005 Yearbook & remains the same in 2006

Division 1 to Premier on gaining 4750 points

In Division 1 from the best 5 Events or gaining maximum points from THREE events.

Just a note on promtion again and to help the debate Some k1 man has got 5 top 5 results and have not been prometed to prem this is due to the lack of numbers. Can i suggest that we turn the scoring around and give 1 point for a win and do it that way etc do yous get my drift. Then it does not matter how manny enter and go on a loest points etc :;):
