Hi All

I've just emailed over the finalised information for the weekend, apologies for it being so late, I have only just received confirmation of access arrangements after discussions withte managment and British Waterways, Key information below:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The slalom course is still not open to the public. As such there is
restricted access to the site and all paddlers/parents coaches and
officials need to sign in at the main centre reception and gain
stickers, officials must wear bibs to gain access to the north bank.
The site will be closed on Friday night, but will be open early on both
Saturday and Sunday morning. Reception will open at 7am to sign
in and the course will be open at 8am along with control, on Sunday
both the site and sign in will be open at 7am ready for practice
starting at 8am.
There is also limited access to various parts of the course, please
stick to the designated areas and keep off the grass.
The conveyor be in operation over the weekend, please ensure
that only one person is on at a time and be careful at the top that
you don’t break your tail as the conveyor is steep on re-entering
the course

Can I just say our huge thank-you and appreciation to Nicky in particular and the Tees Tigers guys in general for a great event. Those who are not involved in organising Pan Celtic events perhaps don't realise what a massive undertaking this is. never mind running alongside a Prem event. Never mind at a new venue! And never mind the humungous entry list!

The event was hugely successful and everyone I spoke with really enjoyed it

So a massive well done and thank you to everyone at Tees Tigers and to the officials.

And good luck for today's div 1 event.

Thanks to Nicky and Tees Tiger and the BCU slalom committee for putting on a great event. What a lovely site with good facilities close by. No mean task running a PanCeltic alongside a premier. The safety people did an excellent job and the site officials were friendly and courteous. I hear the only downside is that the course is very expensive to hire. Well done

Running a Pan Celtic alongside a Premier Inn is a good Idea

Loved the venue - lots of friends, lots of laughs, good water and good times.

Thanks all.

Thanks too to one small person - for when unloading the boats at half ten last night after 6 hours on road, I must say it was particularly refreshing having a fair portion of the Tees pour down the right side of my head. Or should that be half head?

Well done for Tees Barrage, what a great event
The wallet’s a little lighter £300+ spent
So let’s do it again next year and no reflection on Tees
Across the wider calendar can we have more doubles please

Well organised and enjoyable.

Good location and off-site facilities.

A big thank you to everyone involved.

Hope it's not too expensive next year and I agree with Neil; mine's a double :-)

We need to get Premier Inn to build some more facilities at other slalom sites!

Thought I'd post on here to thank everyone who helped at the weekend, it was all very much appreciated and we couldn't have done it without so much support.

there were a few bits of lost property, there was a coat left at Teesside and a small bunch of keys and a camcorder battery from abbey rapids. Please get in touch if they are yours, I'll be at serpents tail and HPP
