Please check the current entry fees before sending in your entries - half of those received so far have the wrong amount with them!

As to whether the event is still on. At the moment the answer is still yes. Any changes and I'll post a message.

??? 2006 Entry fees are on the webb site click onto calendar and on the bottom of that page click onto entry fees, as guide entry fees are only up by 25p for single event & 50p for a double

Div 1 entries are coming in thick and fast, but I'd love to see more div 2 entries.

So come on div 2s get your season off to a good start and send in your entry now - you don't want to find yourself paying late entry fees now do you!

River is on the up; last night there was one gate open and both side spills and more rain is forecast. :D

Keep those entries coming in for the first ranking slalom of the season. To avoid late entry fees you should have them with me by this weekend (but I might not notice if they are here for Monday!).

Unfortunately we have no control whatsoever over the rainfall OR the weir gates!

On strong side spills now, and that is likely for this week end - good for div 2.

Latest update:

Div 2 will go ahead come what may.

We still are watching water levels for div 1. The people in control of the weir have said they will be able to give some idea of expected levels on Tuesday 28th and a more accurate assessment on Thursday. So keep watching this space!

D

PS Incredibly the Women's entries for div 2 outnumber the men's!
