Just a note to let you know that for all you aspiring 5 star paddlers the new 5 star syllabus implies that candidates will need to have a recognised 16 hour first aid certificate, so no excuses now is your chance to get one. The March 31st/April 1st course still has places available. Let me know if your interested.
