Please note when you are promoted at a Division 4 event to Division 3 you MUST apply for your bib FROM THE RELEVENT Bib Officer this is clearly laid out on the promotion sheet you are given at the event. Some of you are sending your application including the correct size envelopes directly to BCU HQ. They in turn send them back to me and then I have to send them to the Bib Officer, so a lengthy delay can occur and you may not be able to compete at your next event without a bib.
