This is short notice that we will be holding a non-ranking handicapped slalom on 22nd July 2012. This will be held at Duckmill White Water Arena in Bedford,as featured in the latest canoe focus. This will be part of the Bedford River Festival. This is a huge event in bedford that happens every 2 years and has massive crowds. This will be a great way to demonstration the use of the DWWA and canoe slalom a week before the start of the Olympics. This is also a great way to try out the Duckmill Arena before a possible return to the slalom calendar next year. we have 2 x 1.5 hour windows where we can open the sluice gates so depending on the number of entry's depends on the type of event we run.
