Good Luck to everyone racing at the Tully Div. 1 events this weekend.

Can anyone advise me when the demo runs for next weekends Prem. & Selection races at Lee Valley will be taking place?

Sometimes they have been on the morning of the actual races but other times on the evening of the day before each race.

Can't understand how I missed it now but at least it got a message put onto the front page of the Canoe Slalom website for everyone who does not participate in the Chatter Board section to see.

From talking to CP at Shepperton im under the impression the demos are now on Saturday morning (& Dan is planned as demo paddler!!)
Will speak to him again tomorrow ( Sunday) to confirm

Demos are definitely Saturday morning for Saturdays race and Saturday evening for Sundays course

The list of entries received has transformed into a provisional start list.

The start list that is now on main page does not say that there are any demos Saturday night?

The start list is just a start list for ranking runs. The 'demo runners are actually forerunners with demos at 8amThe overall schedule posted on Nick's site still stands:

Race Schedule
Friday:

• 19:00-20:30 – Course completion (water on)

Saturday:

• 07:00 Water on,
• 08:00 Demo & Course Approval
• 08:45 Forerunners,
• 09:00 Run1,
• 13:30 Run2
• 17:30 Prize giving
• 18:30 Demo & Sunday Course Approval

Sunday

• 07:15 Water on
• 08:30 Forerunners,
• 09:00 Run1,
• 13:30 Run2
• 17:30 Prize giving

You will notice that most runs are at the same time on Saturday and Sunday, the exception being the middle of K1M, where the run times are different by one minute as we have one paddler doing Saturday only, and one doing Sunday only.

I have updated the start list to include teh schedule to reduce any confusion,
