This competition is being run by both Strathallan Canoe Club and CRCats.
Entries can be made via the online entry system, which should be up and running in the next few days, or by post to Fiona Kelly, 70 Hay Street, Perth, PH1 5HP. Please could cheques be made out to ‘Strathallan Canoe Club’. Any cheques already sent in made payable to ‘CRCats’ will still be accepted and there will be no need to send fresh cheques.
There are practise sessions available on the Fri eve.
These need to be booked in advance by emailing pinkstonentries@gmail.com
The cost is £5, payable on the night in control before getting on the water.
Divisional bibs should be worn during the practise sessions.
Sessions available are 5:30 – 6:30, 6:30 – 7:30 and 7:30 – 8:30.
There is also limited space available for campervans to stay at the site on the Fri and Sat. This needs to be booked directly with Pinkston Watersports on 0141 332 5636 or info@pinkston.co.uk There are also a number of Premier Inn and Travelodge type accommodation within easy travelling distance of the competition site with Stepps Premier Inn or Cumbernauld Travelodge being popular. Out of town hotels are generally easier for parking with boats on the roof as some town centre ones have height restrictions on parking.
There will be on-site catering on Fri eve and Sat and Sun all day.
