It has finally stopped raining and the river is now dropping.

We will therefore be able to set a div2/3/open course in the morning. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a div 4 course.

Official practice is likely to start later than the 9:30am we had advertised as we need to reset all the gates having brought them in today. Any help setting up the course so we can get people on the water as quick as possible would be appreciated.

We will be refunding Saturday's entries.

Just to say a big thanks to everyone who helped get the course up today so we could still have one day of racing.

Also thanks to everyone who helped the event run by judging. I know some weren't really given much choice but you really did make the event possible.

It really was a different river today in the sunshine.

Really good slalom venue at today's level, so good to have a real river venue in such a beautiful setting. Great efforts made by all to recover from the Saturday wipe out and some excellent river running into the mix too
