Nelo M slalom boat
(This is the smaller of the 3 Nelo sizes. I am now using the ML, the middle size.)
2011 design
Will best suit lighter paddler <60kg body weight.
Full carbon racing construction.
Excellent condition, only used for about 3 weeks.
Clear carbon with yellow stripes.
This was a prototype boat so has a few interesting design / construction features.....
The boat is seamless. And I mean entirely seamless, inside and out! Not sure how they actually do it! Looks nice and should be stronger than a classically manufactured boat.
Integrated footrest system, bolted through recessed holes in the deck instead of the hull.
The boat did feature replaceable ends at both nose and tail. (So when the ends got damaged, you could simply bolt on a fresh new one). However, this didn't work great, so the ends have now been permanently fixed in place.
I'll take the boat up to Nottingham for the British Open this weekend. Feel free to ask to test on the water.
Not decided on price yet..... open to negotiation!
