My 13 year old daughter started slalom last year (she has now been kayaking for 2 1/2 years and has just passed her 2-star assessment). She was promoted into div 3 at her 2nd event (Abbey Rapids) in July and finished 10th in div 3 K1W.
Throughout the season she used an old 4m boat borrowed from our local club. We are now looking to buy her a boat - possibly 2nd hand or a cheap-ish new one. We don't want to spend a fortune yet as she may need something different as she progresses. She is currently about 52kg and 5'4" (162.5cm) tall - but still growing a bit.
Any advice on suitable kayaks would be appreciated - please let me know if you have something suitable for sale.

Hi,
I have a perfect boat for your daughter. Its a Nomad Logik standard cut, so up to around 60kg. It has ben re-seamed around 3 months ago and had a repair on the tail and one the hull. These repairs were done professionally. Looking for £400ono. I'm based in Nottingham, give me a call on 07954181042 if you're interested
