Re: Lost C1

Just a thought. Have you asked at the campsite. Might be first big rh bend as you pull away and that's where someone would hand it in.

Missing belongings

At the race at Stone this weekend, we were dismayed to experience a large number of items go missing. Some of these items were for sale. Other items were simply left under cars or similar. We brought in local police but really there was little we could do other than warn people to not leave stuff ly...

Re: McConkey - Entries so far

HPP (McConkey) May 21/22 Update 17 May The McConkey Slalom is now full with a reserve list of paddle-ups. Those whose entry is still greyed out either owe me money or have supplied a post-dated cheque. I will email them individually to let them know what to do. Those on the reserve list are unlikely...

Re: McConkey - Entries so far

Entry list for the McConkey HPP race on 21 and 22 May have been revised. Those entries greyed out are not yet accepted as full payment has not yet been received. There are 30 places left in the Premier Race and only 6 left in the Div 1, subject to payments being received from those owing monies on t...

McConkey - Entries so far

Use links below to access entries received so far If you have a pound sign by your name (if you have entered both days, check both lists) it may be because you have paid too much. If that is the case, we can sort out the refund on the day of the race. If you have not paid enough or paid with a post ...

Re: McConkey 21/22 May - Please don't email...

I have just noticed that there are loads of folk who think it is funny to post date cheques. Stop it. It is not funny. Just more work for me. Date the cheque with the date you write it. I will bank the cheques two weeks before the event. If they get bounced, or rejected for post dating, I will charg...

McConkey 21/22 May - Please don't email...

unless it is really justifyable. Appropriate reason might be "Arm fallen off. Won't be able to race. Photo attached." Keep it brief. Last year I fielded several hundred emails on the subject of the McConkey Slalom. I don't wish to go through the same headache again. I will include your entry when I ...

Re: Is Div.1 K1 Men Too Large?

I must admit being an organiser is getting more and more time consuming, particularly since email is so available to everyone. I get emails telling me that an entry is going to arrive. Emails asking if a cheque is OK without a card. Emails saying they are sending cards but no cheque because they don...

Re: 6.1 ICF Rule Changes

After a discussion at the Stafford and Stone Committee meeting, we would like to be able to propose an amendment to this motion to allow us to adopt the semi qualification rule for the Paul McConkey Slalom if we wish. Certainly, it would take a little pressure off the Saturday event if we continue t...

Re: Roofrack for Astra Hatch 2005

Still looking. This is to fit Astra 2004-2009. There is a vertical threaded insert in the roof that the foot must screw into. If anyone has one of these I would be pleased re-home it for you for a small exchange of cash.

Re: Abbey Div 2/3 - 25th May

Hi.

Unfortunately, we left Christopher's paddles either on the bank or in the field. They are Black Junior Raab and are split and taped back together. If anyone finds them, could they please let me know.

Thanks
