Re: Protest and Jury Method
I think some paddlers use video to decide whether they protest i.e they think they did/didn't have a touch but use it to check. I know it's not accepted evidence but it's human nature as the tech exists. If they are going through steps to take an objective decision to avoid more cost or work for the...

Re: GB Junior European Team
Leaving aside any disagreements in the thread so far. I think there is a perfectly valid reason to take a full team. One obvious question would be though, Do other nations take paddlers who haven't made percentage. If the answer is no then it seems it could turn into an experience only exercise. Set...

Re: Protest and Jury Method
I would be an advocate of having a longer protest time. At some venues by the time the paddler is off the water (maybe Matlock, Abbey) and for those paddlers who have to go see there coach for discussion of run, maybe an objective view, possibly negating or reinforcing the need to protest, it seems ...

As for the weir itself, it ...

Re: SCA Performance 2015 Consultation
.except from what I've heard, you're own daughter This isn't anything personal, just a plea really. I get a bit weary of the petty politics that lingers around this sport, it can only be detrimental in the long run. I learnt long ago that what you hear is not always the truth and I think if adults ...

Anyone know where I can read about the decision to exclude C2 form Tokyo? Hearing about it but the web seems devoid of anything so far as I can see.

Re: Johnny Brown
I don't know Johnny so I haven't got an axe to grind either way but I would observe this on looking in as an outsider Does he always seem to be at race venues first, no matter how far away, hell yes (how does he do that.) He even beats me to Shepperton and that's only 40 mins Does he have the attent...
