LOST AT HPP

Did anyone find a Morrisons bag with a few kids clothes in it, either in the car park, towards the back end of the main car park, before you get to the overspill. Last seen when packing the car, there is a possibility it could have been left on the ground or maybe left on the roof.

I also try and teach that judgement(s) will normally balance out.CD Not awarding a bone fide penalty to a paddler disadvantages the other paddlers in the same way as incorrectly awarding a penalty affects a specific paddler. I hear the balancing out view all the time but I can't say that I am an ad...

The only concern I have with discretion being applied, is that it is left to interpretation with no boundaries - and deliberately so by the IP, but that is wrong. Being able to apply discretion is fine, as long as there is a published upper limit. This year I believe the IP have exceeded that upper...
