Re: 2019 HORNBILL CARDIFF BAY PREMIER RACE 6 & DIV4

Please be aware that although the on-line Canoe Slalom Entries website originally said that entries for this Cardiff Prem. race will not Open until 01/02/2019 they are in fact already Open with some people on a waiting list for the limited number of practice slots available.

Does anyone know where about's in the U.K. this event venue is located at as it is a new one on me?

Many thanks.

Re: ACM Motion 6.4 Course Erection

If this suggested 'New Rule' cannot be policed or enforced / the penalties for any breach of it are not included within the motion then is there really any point in it being introduced?

Re: C1 Promotion points

If the committee do look into possible forced end of season promotions for those left just short of the stated number of ranking points required to go up by right due to the few cancelled races, then they should also take into consideration how many races those that are close to the required number ...

Re: Nene Events

Hi. Is there any chance that you could publish at least some information about run times at this event even if a start-list is not possible? Trying to plan my journeys and don't know what time I need to get to the venue for. Sorry if this is already available somewhere but I can't see it anywhere on...

Re: Open Dates for Entries - Anyone got any thoughts

As if to prove the point another race gets added to the list of on-line entry capable events overnight and now you have to look through the full list to try and identify which one it was. I do understand Jim that other issues sometimes can get in the way which may result in a delay but the races I r...

Re: Open Dates for Entries - Anyone got any thoughts

I don't mind the staggered "Entries will Open" dates but what I do dislike is those events that claim to have On-line Entry capabilities but then when you click on the link are not there! This means that you have to keep checking to see IF a new on-line entry race has been added to the list. This ha...

Re: 2017 Selection at Lee Valley

Thanks BaldockBabe,

Do you know if runs on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be happening 'Back to Back' as described on the same event information leaflet?

Re: 2017 Selection at Lee Valley

Hi

Can anyone confirm what time Demo Runs will take place on Friday 14th ahead of the first Selection race on Saturday 15th yet as it still shows TBC on the event information sheet published on the canoe slalom website?

Thanks

Re: Tully Prem April 1,2 and Pan Celtic

Hello Rob. My son and I really enjoyed both days of the event you organised for us all last weekend. I wonder if it would be possible to get a more complete set of results for the Saturday race? Those currently published only show either the second run time or the Final's run time of all the competi...

Re: Is C2 Viable as a ranking class?

Why do we treat Div. 2 / 3 C2 class any different to any other classes? If event organiser's allow people to paddle who are not already ranked (they know this as the pair would not have a Bib or bib No. allocated to them on entry), then those C2 crew's should not gain ANY ranking points or be eligib...

Re: Shepperton Div 1/2 - 5th/6th March 2016

Trying to run a Div.1 together with a Div.2 was always going to lead to an oversubscribed event. Div.1's when run on their own often reach capacity limits. Income lost and disappointed paddlers is the inevitable consequence. Single division events is the answer.

Re: Tryweryn division 1 and Pan Celtic Cup slalom 6/7 June

Hi Richard I think that these unique and novel ways you are trying to identify sufficient Judges for this event to take place will be applauded by all Race Organisers, Judgeing Coordinators and most competing Paddlers alike. Planning to have classes do both to back runs in either the morning or afte...
