Lord Coe banging on about Community Use before the Games -but isn't that just rafting?

And an interesting item in today's paper: The BCU (presumably World Class) wanted to restrict foreign team practice-time to the mimum laid down by the ICF, but 'the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority, which will run the centre as a commercial business, says overseas teams will be free to book their own extra training slots. The £31m centre has already received enquiries from Australia and the Slovakian team.' (Daily Telegraph 09/12/10 p.S19.)
