Anyone poorly after Shepperton ? We've got 2 poorly paddlers (alliteration overload) with symptoms no-one needs to hear .

Again, not wanting to go into details but it sounds similar.. I was poorly for a few days before the race, hence doing no practice and one run on Saturday, and no practice on Sunday.

That's not suggesting that I gave it to your paddlers, but that there's certainly something going round at the moment!
