C2 Discount with Enhanced Fee
There is a confusion about C2 entries. The intent of the 2017 motion is that there is a discount of 50% of the standard entry
fee. Where a competition has an enhanced entry fee this rule has been incorrectly interpreted either as a C2 always paying 50%
of any entry fee, or paying the full enhanced fee. The C2 discount does not change when an enhanced fee is changed . Page 136
