Mark Rule 9.1 as not applicable in the UK.Rule 9.1 and 9.3 are only relevant to Inter Regional Competitions (no longer held) and Inter club competitions, which have their own set of additional requirements. As such they occupy space in the rule book and are not relevant to ranking competitions. Rather than update the rule, mark it as not applicable. Additionally 9.3 is inserted into the structure, meaning all following rules in Chapter 9 do not correspond numerically with the ICF Rules. Page 75 CW
