6.10 ICF Changes 75/25

The October ICF board meeting will be considering a number of rule changes, that are not considered controversial, including
- clarifying issues for kayak cross,
- changing all references to ‘articles’ to rules
This meeting authorises the Secretary to include ICF rule changes into the UK rules for the 2023 season.
