It is understood that British Canoeing are undertaking a rebranding exercise. This will involve the renaming of the National Federation and, it is understood, the National Associations. This should be reflected in both the Rules and the Terms of Reference.
Terms of Reference changes will need to be approved by the National Federation, so it will need to be changed before any other change will be accepted.
This meeting authorises the Secretary to amend both rules and Terms of Reference to reflect any rebranding exercise by the Governing bodies.
