The camp site is open for the weekends only, as has been the case all along. However it is problably very wet and worth checking with the centre that this is still the case.

Does anyone know if the water level is dropping?and wether the race will go ahead?

water level dropping at about 1/2metre per 24hrs now at 2.4m it may be open 2moro but before we get too excited heavy rain is forecast in the catchment area so its a waiting game i'm afraid!

Get really abusive (and or seriously pissed) in the terminal and you get both you and your boat transported to central Nottingham via transit van - for free. From there after a free nights accomodation (minimalistic decor) you will be given a free phone call with which to arrange transport on the short journey to the course.
