Amend Rule 34.1 so that rather than a number (p) of boats to go to semi finals/finals, to be published in advance, the numbers in the finals are fixed:
>46 = 40
35-45 = 30
25-34 = 20
20-24 = 15
<20 = 10
With 10 going on to final.
Plus remove restriction on no more than 6 changes in course.

Passed, after discussion and splitting into two parts, each part being passed in the end
All spelling errors are intentional and are there to show new and improved ways of spelling old words. Grammatical errors are due to too many English classes/teachers.

CP, I'm pretty certain that the removal of the restriction on no more than 6 changes in a course was passed but thought that the number of boats to go to semi finals/finals was left as it is, as S&S had an issue with water time at the Paul McCankey which is one of the few Prem events that uses this race format. Was this not the case or was I in a different meeting?
