Stone Town Council Cup

The Stone 3/4 is being held on 19/20 June 2004.

This year we are having demonstration runs to allow the ranking competitors to see the different options demonstrated before their own runs. These will take place at 10:00. Last entries will be taken at 11:00 and the event itself will start at 12:00. There is also a team event on Saturday and a Short River Race in the evening.

On Saturday evening there will also be a Bring and Burn BBQ. You bring your food and we provide the coals to cook on.

The agregate winner of the two days event will be presented with the Stone Town Council Cup by Stone Town Mayor at Sunday's Prize Giving.

There is camping on site, but you should keep your valuables with you or locked away.

I've had a few entries now, which is always a good sign.

If you can send your entries in advance it would be most appreciated. It will help me to get them into the computer earlier rather than later.

So far we have 29 entries before the event not including officials.

The weather is looking OK for tomorrow, though you may need a jumper for the BBQ and there may be light showers on Sunday.
