Good luck to the J18 GB team who are currently in Lofer, Austria as I suspect they'll be looking at the bulletin board occassionally while they're there.
Hope that everyone races well, and maybe bring a few medals home too !

it brought a tear to heather's eye. we're all good- budge's kung fu moves are still crap, mark is still talking ten to the dozen and andrew is still running americans down on the river.
Training is good, river level is good but constantly changing, weather is crap. Keep u posted with news from the weekend

the girls team at the junior worlds just won a bronze meddal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On a local note - all the best to Ed Kay, first GBR boat in MK1 not bad for an Aberdonian miles from HPP and normal BCU/Slalom coaching centre.

On a general note, well done to all and especially Lizzie for a Final finish and to the girls for that all important Team medal.

I am sure we will see those names in the seniors before too long.
