Talking to Jim last night, Tweed is running very high. Selkirk crew to take decision today on course. Plan to go ahead but course may be moved away from the horseshoe.

Whoa! You mean Fairnilee is going to be *exciting* as well as being fun? Excellent, maybe this'll make up for losing Serpents Tail :D

See you there...

Never mentioned excitement, liable to move away from exciting to meet with requirements of Div 4. I suppose we can paddle off to the Horseshoe between runs for the excitement.

Course being set out today, moved upstream to the sweeping bend above the normal start at the West end of the camping field.

All other aspects campsite etc remains as normal.

River is dropping but the water table remains high so any rain between now and over weekend will show in rise in water levels.

Looks like a good weekend coming up time to get out of the office, pick up the family and drive South.

Maybe see some of you guys over the weekend, I'll be the old fart in the old Delta looking jealously downstream at the rapids......
