A heads up to everyone: We have a limit of 180 entries for this combined div 1/2 race, and it is quite likely to be filled before race day, so the sooner you get your entries in the more likely you are to be accepted.

Despite the incorrect post code in the yearbook, I seem to be receiving all the entries, but please use the correct post code - SK3 9BY to make sure.

As last year I shall be trying to set two contrasting courses. While I will be attempting to set courses that are technically up to div 1 standard both days, Saturday's course will generally allow paddlers to avoid the bigger features while Sunday's will tend to force paddlers to tackle those features.

I have a very provisional start list up on the club web site which I will try to update as entries are received.

Ouch! I hate these practice runs that start before 9. I'm almost tempted to hope that you don't get more entries so that you can start a bit later :)

Dave, Do you not have a C1 entry for me for both days as I am sure I sent one for each day and I am only on the start list for one...

Mr Munchkin, I didn't know you did C1?! ???

Dee, the Div 1/2 at the end of May will almost certainly have practice runs before 9am as well, but I haven't finalised a start order yet so you might be lucky.

I haven't had an entry from Andy, but assuming this is Michelle speaking........
I only had one card for C1, I thought that when we were talking at Matlock you said that you wouldn't be bothering with Sunday. Either way you've paid too much.

Its one of Mr Munchkin's secret talents, he has been practicing with CP at a top security venue... Or maybe I just didn't check that he had logged out of the home computer... You decide!

Looks like little Jade should now be listed in Division 1 - go girl!

Now to find more girls willing to swim down the course with me - I will look very lonely on the start-line on my own :(

Dave,
What does the S next to a competitor indicate?
Cheers,

No signature on the card. Someone will have to report to control to sort it out on Saturday morning.

The start list is now full, so I am afraid that I cannot accept any further entries, except for judges entries of course!

LOST: Reed Chillcheater Shortie Cag. :(

Lost at the event a Black and Blue Reed Shortie Cag. It is a custom made cag which is a lot longer in the body than standard. So should be easily recognisable.

If found please can you ring Andy on 07734 336102.

PS. Thanks MCC for a great weekend :)
