If you are trying to get tickets at the BCU member concessionary rate then :
BCU Members - To obtain tickets at the discounted BCU Member's rates, which are only available for Advance Purchased Tickets; please e-mail info@bcu.org.uk with your name and BCU membership number to receive a unique discount code
seems a good place to start. Of course we do not have BCU membership numbers  but if you let them know which federation, and quote the number I am sure they will sort it out

If there is another issue - such as trying to get full price tickets and not succeeding suggest you Call Ticketmaster on 0844 844 2121, and / or email the BCU as above.

Hope you have a great time, I will be there

Unlike some people at selection I have no plans to do a striptease or pole dance ;-)
