I tell you what, why don't you liven up your own club's website (Green Star) with these jokes as it could do with a lift, also you would not be costing the Canoe Slalom website extra charges for bandwidth with a load of trible?

Better still use email or MSN between yourselves :;):

omg if canoe slalom has got a problem with bandwith tell them to get a better web host

i tried to help g* out with this but they dont seem to want to change anything.
tried to make them put a forum like this they said blah blah blah blah no blah not a chance blah

for $9.69 you can get
unlimited bandwith, unlimited storage space, MySQL/Cpanel/Fantastico(for geeks to no), pop3 email
photoshop templates and loads other stuff
small price realy for a year!

Just a reminder, when you say
omg if canoe slalom has got a problem with bandwith tell them to get a better web host

we are talking about Steve, an individual paddler doing this on his own time with his own money, not the unseen, unknown 'Canoe Slalom'. No funding from the slalom exec.

Hi. It's just me running the board, not a "they". Independant of the BCU and Slalom Committee, hence the "unofficial" bit in the title.

But anyway, there's actually no need to worry about my bandwidth - that would only be a problem if the pictures and videos I host elsewhere on my site are hit hard. The bulletin board is mainly text so you'd have to do an awful lot of posting to cause additional charges over and above my existing costs.

Just lay off the slanging matches though please guys.

Cheers,

Steve

And I thought the young new about Google.
Blackmore's Night is a Renaissance-inspired Folk Rock band led by Ritchie Blackmore (Electric and Acoustic Guitars) and Candice Night (lyricist and lead vocals).

remember this was posted as a joke by a musical instrument belonging to a musician - look the references up yourself.
